Someone in your corner who sees the big picture and the small details.Founded in 2020 by Jess Stadler, Four On The Floor reflects over ten years of experience across the music industry, with a focused background in artist management. I’ve had the privilege of working with artists across multiple genres and stages of career, from international touring electronic acts to emerging artists and theit teams carving out their own lanes including Galantis, Eli & Fur, Qrion, deadmau5, and others.Whether an artist is just beginning to build their foundation or already growing on a global level, my approach stays the same: clear direction, planning, open communication, and a partnership built on trust.

"Consulting with Jess has been incredible. The knowledge and information she has shared and continues to share with me has been so useful for both shaping my artist project, but also my most recent release "Tala". Through her guidance and support, I couldn't have been happier with the release. It has gotten featured in Mixmag, Inverted Audio, played on various radio outlets including Rinse FM, Byte FM, and more. It was also included on a few Spotify editorial playlists. She helped me understand how to navigate the waters and chat through my thoughts and ideas to help me refine them and stay focused. Without Jess, I wouldn't be this far and I can't wait to work with her more"
